End User License Agreement (Digital Goods)

Meraby Labs LLC
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a store-level framework for paid digital goods. Each paid ZIP may include its own Commercial License. If that license and this EULA conflict on scope of use / seat / redistribution, the product LICENSE controls. If they conflict on purchase, payment, refund, or account, the Terms of Service at /terms control.
1. Default seat
Unless the product LICENSE states otherwise: one purchase licenses one natural person; no sharing of the raw paid ZIP.
Pack A (Meraby Studio MCP Skills Pack v1) locks Option A — one natural person.
2. Default grant (if product LICENSE silent)
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the purchased materials in your own projects, including commercial Roblox experiences you own or control; no resale of the raw pack; BYO-key where the product says so.
3. Default restrictions
No redistribution of raw packs as competing downloads; no false Meraby/Roblox endorsement; no violation of Roblox or third-party terms; no chargeback fraud.
4. Ownership
Meraby retains IP in Meraby materials. You retain IP in your original projects.
5. AS IS; liability
Digital goods are AS IS. Disclaimers and liability caps in the Terms of Service and product LICENSE apply.
6. Termination
Breach, fraud, or refund terminates the license to the raw pack as stated in the product LICENSE.
